Who can take part
- You have a type of lung cancer called non-small cell that has spread to the chest wall or the top of the lung (Pancoast tumor).
- Your tumor is at stage IIB to IIIB and has a PD-L1 score higher than 1%.
- You are healthy enough for daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1) and have adequate organ function.
- You have not had certain genetic mutations (EGFR or ALK) or previous immunotherapy for lung cancer.
- You do not have active autoimmune disease or an active infection like HIV or hepatitis.
- You are willing to undergo surgery and follow the study schedule for about 3 months of treatment.
