This registry is collecting information to see how well the Farapulse PFA system works and how safe it is for treating atrial fibrillation (AF), a common heart rhythm problem. If you are scheduled to have an ablation for AF with this system, this study will follow your progress.

Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old.
- Your doctor believes you are a good candidate for a catheter ablation procedure to treat your atrial fibrillation.
- You are scheduled to have an ablation using the Farapulse Pulsed Field Ablation System (made by Boston Scientific).
- This can be your first ablation for AF or a repeat procedure.
- You are willing to complete follow-up visits and answer questions about how you are doing for as long as the registry lasts.
