- You are Black or Hispanic, age 18 or older.
- Your BMI is over 30 (measured in person by study staff).
- You have a smartphone or computer and are okay using a food-tracking app.
- You can bring at least one adult friend or family member to join the study with you.
- You are not currently in another weight-loss program, on weight-loss medication, or planning weight-loss surgery.
- You have no serious health issues that prevent exercise, no food insecurity, and speak English or Spanish.
