Who can take part
- You are between 35 and 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with breast cancer and are currently cancer-free, or you have gone through natural menopause.
- You have not been in a structured exercise program for the last 3 months or you do less than 600 METS/week of moderate-to-vigorous activity.
- You are not currently taking part in any diet or nutrition study.
- You are not taking beta-blockers or other medicines that affect your nervous system.
