  • You are 50 years old or older
  • You live in Galicia, Spain
  • You have thoughts of suicide
  • You are not currently in serious treatment for mental health or medical conditions
  • You have not started new mental health therapy or medication in the last 2 months
  • You have a smartphone or tablet you can use and can speak Spanish well enough
