A new targeted radiation drug for advanced prostate cancer

Castration-resistant Prostate Cancer

Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This trial tests a new radioactive drug (161Tb-SibuDAB) for men with metastatic prostate cancer that has grown despite standard treatments. It aims to find the right dose and see if it can shrink tumors.

Who can take part

  • You have advanced prostate cancer that has spread and is no longer responding to hormone therapy or chemotherapy.
  • You have at least 3 measurable tumors on a PSMA PET scan with strong PSMA activity.
  • You are in good general health (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your blood counts and kidney/liver function are within acceptable ranges.
  • You have not had prior PSMA-targeted radiation therapy (except for two cycles of standard treatment in part of the study).

NCT07621692Recruiting· Phase 1
New radioactive therapy for advanced prostate cancer

This is an early-stage trial testing a new radioactive treatment (161Tb-PSMA) for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and stopped responding to hormone therapy. The treatment targets cancer cells using a radioactive metal that may be more effective than older similar treatments.

NCT07381582Not yet recruiting· Early Phase 1
Radioactive drug for advanced prostate cancer

This trial tests an experimental radioactive drug that targets a protein called PSMA found on prostate cancer cells. It aims to see if this drug is safe and can shrink tumors in men with advanced prostate cancer that has not responded to hormone therapy or chemotherapy.

A study of a new drug for advanced prostate cancer

This trial tests a radioactive drug called Lu 177 JH020002 for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and stopped responding to hormone therapy. The drug targets a protein on cancer cells to deliver radiation directly, possibly slowing the disease.

Study of a radioligand therapy for advanced prostate cancer

This trial tests a new drug (177Lu-PSMA-137) that targets prostate cancer cells with a special molecule to deliver radiation directly to them. It is for men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer whose cancer has progressed after standard treatments like hormone therapy and chemotherapy.
