New radioactive therapy for advanced prostate cancer

Metastatic Castration Resistant Prostate Cancer (mCRPC)

Who can take part

  • You have advanced prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of your body and is no longer responding to hormone treatments
  • Your cancer cells show up brightly on a special PET scan (a type of imaging that highlights cancer)
  • You have already tried at least one chemotherapy and at least one hormone-blocking drug; you may have also had a previous radioactive treatment similar to this one
  • Your blood counts and kidney and liver function are adequate to safely receive treatment
  • You are at least 20 years old and in reasonably good overall health (life expectancy of at least 6 months)
  • You are willing to use contraception if sexually active and can comply with all study visits and blood tests
