Who can take part
- You have advanced prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of your body and is no longer responding to hormone treatments
- Your cancer cells show up brightly on a special PET scan (a type of imaging that highlights cancer)
- You have already tried at least one chemotherapy and at least one hormone-blocking drug; you may have also had a previous radioactive treatment similar to this one
- Your blood counts and kidney and liver function are adequate to safely receive treatment
- You are at least 20 years old and in reasonably good overall health (life expectancy of at least 6 months)
- You are willing to use contraception if sexually active and can comply with all study visits and blood tests
