Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • Your colorectal cancer has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic) and has gotten worse after at least two prior standard treatments.
  • Your last treatment with an EGFR-blocking drug (like Erbitux or Vectibix) either shrunk your tumor or kept it stable, and it has been more than 4 months since you stopped that drug.
  • Your tumor has no mutations in the RAS or BRAF genes, and it is MSS (stable microsatellite status) or pMMR (normal mismatch repair).
  • You are in good physical condition (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have adequate organ function (kidneys, liver, blood counts).
