This trial tests if combining a special type of radiation (SFRT or short-course) with or without immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) can shrink large tumors. You will get PET scans and blood tests to see how well the treatment works. The study is for certain cancers that cannot be cured with standard treatments.

Who can take part
- You must have one of these cancers: clear cell kidney cancer, melanoma, cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, or triple-negative breast cancer.
- Your tumor must be larger than 5 cm (about 2 inches) and can be treated with the radiation techniques used in this study.
- You must be in fairly good health, able to care for yourself (Karnofsky score 60-100).
- You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding, and if you could become pregnant, you must use effective birth control during treatment and for 5 months after.
- You cannot have had an organ transplant or claustrophobia that would prevent you from having PET scans.
- You must not have any medical reason that would make pembrolizumab (immunotherapy) unsafe for you.
