This trial tests whether adding a protein called albumin to standard fluids given during surgery helps patients with advanced cancer in the abdomen (from the ovaries, uterus, or digestive system) recover better. You would receive either the usual fluids or fluids plus albumin during your operation.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older, but not over 75.
- You have cancer that started in the ovaries, uterus, or digestive organs and has spread to the lining of the abdomen (peritoneal carcinomatosis).
- You are scheduled for surgery to remove visible tumors followed by heated chemotherapy inside the abdomen (HIPEC).
- You must be covered by French Health Insurance and agree to participate.
- You must not have severe liver disease, kidney disease, heart failure, poorly controlled diabetes, or other major health problems listed by the doctors.
