Who can take part
- Your pancreatic cancer has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic).
- You either haven't had any treatment for this cancer yet, or you had surgery and chemo and the cancer came back more than 6 months after finishing chemo.
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You are generally able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0–2).
- You have a liver lesion that cannot be removed with surgery or you can't have surgery.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT scan.
- Your blood counts and organ function (kidney, liver) are within certain limits.
- You do not have an autoimmune disease (like lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, or Crohn's disease).
- You have not had treatment with certain drugs (like immunotherapy, FAK inhibitors, or specific chemotherapy) before.
- You are not currently taking high-dose steroids (more than 10 mg of prednisone daily) or other immune-suppressing drugs.
