ST-1898 for advanced thyroid cancer that no longer responds to iodine therapy

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have advanced thyroid cancer (papillary, follicular, Hurthle cell, or poorly differentiated) that cannot be removed by surgery or radiation.
  • Your cancer no longer responds to radioactive iodine treatment.
  • You have tried at least one prior targeted therapy (TKI) and it stopped working or caused side effects.
  • You are in generally good health with a performance status of 0 or 1 (able to do daily activities).
  • Your thyroid hormone levels are well-controlled with medication (TSH less than 0.5).
