Who can take part

  • You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (mainly adenocarcinoma) with an EGFR mutation.
  • You have already been treated with a third-generation EGFR targeted drug (like osimertinib) and it stopped working.
  • You are 18 or older, able to swallow pills, and have good organ function (kidneys, liver, bone marrow, heart).
  • You have not been treated with a CDK4/6 inhibitor before.
  • Brain metastases are okay if they are not causing symptoms or are stable after treatment.
