Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have advanced or metastatic non-squamous lung cancer that can’t be cured with surgery and/or radiation.
  • Your tumor testing shows an EGFR activating mutation (like exon 18/19/21, or T790M), confirmed by an approved lab test.
  • Your general condition is good enough (ECOG performance status 0–1).
  • Your blood, liver, kidney tests, and urine protein are within required limits.
  • You can provide a tumor tissue sample (biopsy or surgery) within 60 days of starting.
