Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have advanced or metastatic non-squamous lung cancer that can’t be cured with surgery and/or radiation.
- Your tumor testing shows an EGFR activating mutation (like exon 18/19/21, or T790M), confirmed by an approved lab test.
- Your general condition is good enough (ECOG performance status 0–1).
- Your blood, liver, kidney tests, and urine protein are within required limits.
- You can provide a tumor tissue sample (biopsy or surgery) within 60 days of starting.
