Who can take part
- You must have been diagnosed with prostate cancer (adenocarcinoma) within the last year.
- Your cancer must not have spread to lymph nodes or distant organs (based on standard imaging).
- You must not have had surgery to remove the prostate, or cryotherapy, or high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) before.
- You must not have had radiation therapy to the same area before.
- If you've been on hormone therapy (ADT), it must have started within the last 6 months (185 days) and your PSA must have been checked before starting it.
- You must be generally healthy (able to do daily activities, ECOG 0-2).
