Who can take part

  • Your prostate cancer must be high-risk and confirmed by biopsy.
  • You may have cancer that has spread to up to 5 distant spots (oligometastatic).
  • You need to be able to walk and take care of yourself (ECOG 0-2).
  • You cannot have had radiation to the pelvic area before.
  • You cannot have had more than 6 months of hormone therapy for prostate cancer.
  • You must not have active rectal diverticulitis, Crohn's disease affecting the rectum, or ulcerative colitis.
