Who can take part
- Your prostate cancer must be high-risk and confirmed by biopsy.
- You may have cancer that has spread to up to 5 distant spots (oligometastatic).
- You need to be able to walk and take care of yourself (ECOG 0-2).
- You cannot have had radiation to the pelvic area before.
- You cannot have had more than 6 months of hormone therapy for prostate cancer.
- You must not have active rectal diverticulitis, Crohn's disease affecting the rectum, or ulcerative colitis.
