Who can take part
- You have prostate cancer confirmed on biopsy, and it is the common type (adenocarcinoma) without small-cell features
- Your scans show limited (oligometastatic) spread on a PSMA PET/CT: fewer than 4 bone spots, and lymph nodes are below the kidney-artery level
- You have not had any prostate cancer treatment yet (no radiation, hormone therapy/ADT, chemotherapy, or focal treatments)
- You have not had prostate procedures like transurethral resection (TURP) or enucleation
- You are healthy enough for treatment, with a good day-to-day functioning score (WHO 0–1) and expected to live more than 5 years
