Who can take part
- You must have been diagnosed with prostate cancer (a type called adenocarcinoma).
- Your cancer must be high-risk, meaning your PSA is 20 or higher, or your Gleason score is 8–10, or the tumor has spread outside the prostate but not to distant organs.
- You cannot have cancer that has spread to distant parts of the body (confirmed by a specific scan called PSMA PET/CT).
- You are planning to receive standard radiation therapy and hormone therapy as your main treatment.
- You must be age 18 or older, and physically active enough to perform daily activities (ECOG score 0–1).
