Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have stable chest pain or a recent heart event that is now stable with normal heart enzyme tests.
- You have at least one new blockage in a small heart artery (between about 2.0 mm and 3.0 mm wide) that is 50% to 99% blocked.
- You are not allergic to sirolimus, paclitaxel, aspirin, heparin, or the blood thinners clopidogrel, ticlopidine, prasugrel, or ticagrelor.
- You have not had a stroke or mini-stroke in the last 6 months, and your heart pumping function is at least 30%.
- You are willing to have an angiogram (special heart x-ray) one year after the procedure.
