Who can take part
- You must be between 28 and 35 years old.
- You must have early-stage (Stage I) chronic gum disease with pockets no deeper than 5 mm, seen on your lower back teeth in each section (quadrant).
- You should not have any serious health conditions (like diabetes, cancer, or pregnancy) that could affect treatment.
- You cannot be currently using tobacco or smoking.
- You must not have taken antibiotics, supplements, or had periodontal surgery within the past 6 months.
