Who can take part

  • You must have at least 12 natural teeth, with at least 2 teeth in each section of your mouth.
  • You must have gingivitis or early gum disease (stage 1 or 2).
  • You cannot have had a professional gum cleaning in the last 6 months.
  • You cannot be wearing braces or other dental appliances.
  • You cannot have taken antibiotics in the last 3 months.
  • You cannot be on regular medication for conditions like high blood pressure or diabetes.
