Who can take part

  • You have breast cancer that is hormone receptor-positive and HER2-negative, and it has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic).
  • You have cancer in your bones that is growing or getting worse, or you don't have bone metastases yet (for the first phase of the study).
  • You have had no more than one type of chemotherapy for metastatic disease, and you have already tried hormone therapy with a CDK4/6 inhibitor.
  • You are healthy enough to be up and about (ECOG performance status 0, 1, or 2) and have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
  • Your blood counts and organ function are adequate (kidney, liver, and calcium levels within normal limits).
  • You agree to use effective contraception if you or your partner could become pregnant.
