Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have been diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer that is ER-positive (ER+) and HER2-negative
- Your cancer can be measured with a CT scan or MRI (bone only disease is allowed if there is a soft-tissue part that can be measured)
- You have not had prior chemotherapy or an antibody-drug conjugate for metastatic breast cancer
- You are willing to provide blood samples for research and to return for follow-up CT scans as needed
- You have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, blood counts) and are not pregnant
