Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have advanced stomach, esophageal, or gastroesophageal junction cancer that is HER2-positive and has spread to the brain.
- You must have at least one measurable tumor (on CT or MRI) that hasn't been treated with radiation, or if it has, there is clear evidence it has grown.
- Your corticosteroid dose must not have increased in the week before the brain MRI.
- You cannot have taken chemotherapy or radiation within 2 weeks before starting the study.
- You must not have previously had disease progression while on an anti-HER2 TKI (like lapatinib or pyrotinib).
