Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and can have the study explained to you and sign consent
- Your breast cancer is HER2-negative on recent tumor testing, and your tumor tissue also shows an abnormally active HER2 signal on the CELsignia test
- You have one or more brain metastases on imaging (and you can get an MRI)
- You have measurable cancer outside the brain that can be biopsied for research tissue
- You can have a tumor biopsy and you’re medically well enough for it (no recent major surgery; recent timing limits for chemo/radiation/investigational drugs)
- Your heart function is good enough (baseline ejection fraction at least 50%), and your overall status is fair (ECOG 0–2)
