Who can take part

  • You must have a specific type of liver cancer called intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.
  • You have not had any prior cancer treatment (like chemotherapy or surgery).
  • You are in fairly good health — able to do most daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your liver and kidney function test results need to be within certain ranges (study staff will check).
  • You must not have an autoimmune disease (like lupus or rheumatoid arthritis) or be on strong immune-suppressing medications.
  • You are willing to use effective birth control if you or your partner could become pregnant.
