Who can take part

  • You are a female athlete who either competes at a national or international level (elite) or exercises at least 3 hours per week (non-elite).
  • You are not currently pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to get pregnant in the next year.
  • You do not regularly use drugs that could affect your performance, including performance-enhancing drugs.
  • You do not have a medical condition or recent injury that could affect your performance or health.
