Who can take part
- You are a cisgender female (assigned female at birth) between 18 and 30 years old
- You are a competitive athlete at Tier 2 level or higher with at least 1 year of organized sports participation
- Your period started at least 3 years ago
- You are not pregnant and did not give birth in the past 12 months
- You do not smoke and do not have heart, lung, or metabolic diseases
- If you use birth control pills, you must use a standard 21-day combined pill for at least 3 months
