Who can take part

  • You have a regular natural menstrual cycle (21–35 days, at least 9 periods a year) or you take a low-dose birth control pill.
  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • Your BMI is between 18 and 30.
  • You exercise at least 3 hours per week.
  • You have no medical reason that prevents intense exercise.
