Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • Your prostate cancer has come back after initial treatment and is now in a few spots (5 or fewer) outside the pelvis, but you have not had chemotherapy for it.
  • Your testosterone levels should be normal (higher than 100 ng/dL) — meaning you have not yet been on long-term hormone therapy.
  • You must be in fairly good health (able to care for yourself, up and about at least 50% of the time).
  • You have not taken certain strong hormone therapy drugs (like abiraterone, enzalutamide, apalutamide, or darolutamide) in the last 2 years.
