Testosterone Blockers and Radiation for Prostate Cancer

Who can take part

  • You must have a type of prostate cancer called 'unfavorable intermediate risk'.
  • Your prostate cancer tissue must be available for a special genetic test (Decipher score).
  • Your testosterone level must be normal (150 ng/dL or higher).
  • Your prostate must be smaller than 90 cc on an MRI or CT scan.
  • You must not have had any prior prostate cancer treatments (like hormone therapy, chemotherapy, or surgery).
  • You must not have Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis.
