Who can take part

  • You have stage 1, Grade 1 endometrial cancer that hasn't spread into the uterus muscle wall or beyond.
  • Your BMI is 30 or higher (obese).
  • You have taken progestin hormone therapy (pills or hormonal IUD) as your first treatment, but it didn't fully work (cancer stayed the same after 7 months or didn't disappear after 10 months).
  • You want to keep your uterus and ability to have children.
  • You are willing to follow the treatment plan and attend follow-up visits.
