Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 18 or older.
- You have a type of uterine lining condition or low-risk endometrial cancer (grade 1 or 2).
- Your cancer is likely contained within the uterus, not spread outside.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is 40 or higher.
- You are able to have surgery and are willing to be randomly assigned to either immediate surgery or a pre-surgery program.
