A study of ESG401 for advanced HR+/HER2- breast cancer

Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Your breast cancer must be HR-positive and HER2-negative, and it has spread to other parts of the body (locally advanced or metastatic).
  • You have already tried at least one type of chemotherapy for the metastatic cancer, but it stopped working.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • You are well enough to do light activities (ECOG score 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 3 more months.
