Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- Your breast cancer is advanced (cannot be removed by surgery or has spread) and is HER2-negative but EGFR-positive.
- You have had 1 or 2 types of chemotherapy for your advanced cancer.
- Your tumors can be measured on a CT or MRI scan (skin-only tumors are not allowed).
- You are physically active enough to do most daily tasks (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You have not had treatment with a drug called a topoisomerase I inhibitor or an EGFR-targeted antibody before.
