  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are scheduled for a procedure using the Adagio VT Cryoablation System to treat your heart rhythm problem.
  • You are willing to follow the study rules and sign a consent form.
  • You will have a defibrillator (ICD) placed or already have one before you leave the hospital.
  • You do not have any condition that makes the procedure unsafe for you, as determined by the study doctor.
