Who can take part
- Age 18 or older
- Diagnosed with a weakened heart (from a prior heart attack or other cause) with recurring dangerous abnormal heartbeats
- Already have an implanted defibrillator (ICD) to protect you
- At least one documented episode of the dangerous rhythm in the last 6 months
- Current anti-arrhythmia medications have either failed to control the rhythm or caused side effects you cannot tolerate
- Willing to attend baseline and follow-up visits for the full study duration
