This trial tests how different shoe cushioning properties may help prevent running injuries. You will get study shoes to use for all your runs and share your training data from a sports watch.

Who can take part

  • Be between 18 and 65 years old.
  • Be willing to wear the study shoes for every run and only for running.
  • Use a sports watch (like Garmin, Polar, or Suunto) to record your runs.
  • Allow us to access your running data through your sports watch account or upload GPX files.
  • Not be pregnant.
  • Have no recent lower body surgery or degenerative conditions, and no running injury in the past month.
  • Not use custom orthotic insoles for exercise.
