Who can take part
- Be between 18 and 65 years old.
- Be willing to wear the study shoes for every run and only for running.
- Use a sports watch (like Garmin, Polar, or Suunto) to record your runs.
- Allow us to access your running data through your sports watch account or upload GPX files.
- Not be pregnant.
- Have no recent lower body surgery or degenerative conditions, and no running injury in the past month.
- Not use custom orthotic insoles for exercise.
