This study tests whether doing Tai Chi (a gentle exercise) remotely from home, twice a week for 12 weeks, can help reduce knee pain and improve function in people with knee osteoarthritis. You would be assigned to either the Tai Chi group or a routine care group that avoids Tai Chi during the study.

Who can take part
- You are 50 years old or older
- You have been diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis (arthritis of the knee)
- You have at least moderate knee pain
- You are not currently practicing Tai Chi
- You have not had a knee replacement and are not scheduled for one
- You can walk without a cane or walker
