Who can take part

  • You are 21 years or older.
  • You have major depression that didn’t get better after trying at least one antidepressant medication for 4 weeks.
  • You do not have a psychotic disorder, substance abuse, or high suicide risk.
  • You don’t have metal in your head, a pacemaker, or other implanted electronic device.
  • You are not pregnant and can have an MRI scan.
