Who can take part

  • You are between 21 and 70 years old.
  • You have a diagnosis of major depressive disorder (MDD) confirmed by a structured interview.
  • You have tried at least two different antidepressant medications for at least 4 weeks each without success.
  • Your depression and anxiety symptoms are moderate to severe, as measured by standard scales.
  • You are able to understand English and give informed consent.
