Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have acute myeloid leukemia (AML) not caused by certain genetic changes like t(8;21) or t(15;17).
  • You have not had leukemia that has spread to your brain or spinal fluid.
  • You have not been treated before with venetoclax, azacitidine, decitabine, or a stem cell transplant.
  • You are healthy enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0-3, and 0-2 if 75 or older).
