Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old and willing to sign a consent form.
- You have colorectal cancer that has spread or cannot be fully removed by surgery.
- Your tumor is called 'pMMR' or 'MSS' (a type of genetic marker) and has high levels of a protein called PCSK9.
- You are in good enough health to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 3 more months.
- You do not have a history of very low cholesterol, autoimmune diseases, or certain lung or brain conditions.
