Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have a type of rectal cancer called pMMR or MSS that has not spread to other organs and can still be removed with surgery.
- You are in good overall physical condition (able to care for yourself and do light activity).
- Your blood counts and liver/kidney function are within a certain range (your doctor can check this).
- You have not had any prior treatment for rectal cancer (like radiation, chemotherapy, or immunotherapy) and have not taken a PCSK9 inhibitor before.
