Testing DF-003 for ROSAH syndrome with eye inflammation

Who can take part

  • Must have been diagnosed with ROSAH syndrome through genetic testing (such as an ALPK1 mutation like T237M, Y254C, or T237A).
  • Must have signs of eye inflammation (like swelling of the retina or optic nerve, or leaking blood vessels in the eye).
  • Must be between 18 and 65 years old.
  • Must have a BMI between 18 and 35.
  • Must not be pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant or father a child during the study or for 90 days after.
  • Must avoid certain medications (like strong antibiotics, some heart medications, and many herbal supplements) during the study.
