Who can take part

  • You must have a confirmed RLBP1 gene mutation causing your retinal disease.
  • You need to be between 18 and 55 years old.
  • The study eye must have some remaining visual field within the central 30 degrees on a specific test.
  • You cannot have other eye conditions like glaucoma, uveitis, or recent eye surgery in the study eye.
  • You must not have serious health issues like uncontrolled diabetes, heart problems, or bleeding disorders.
  • If you are a woman who can get pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test and agree to use birth control during and for 12 months after treatment.
