Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 55 years old.
  • You are in good overall health with no serious medical conditions.
  • Your weight is at least 110 pounds (for men) or 99 pounds (for women), and your body mass index is between 18 and 28.
  • If you or your partner can become pregnant, you agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 4 weeks after the last dose.
  • You have not donated blood or had a major injury or surgery in the last 3 months.
  • You do not smoke more than 5 cigarettes a day and can avoid smoking during the study.
