Who can take part
- You must have one of these cancer types: ovarian, endometrial, cervical, non-small cell lung, triple negative breast, pancreatic, or colorectal cancer. (Some study phases focus on specific types, like low grade serous ovarian or high grade endometrioid.)
- Cancer that has spread to the brain and is not under control, or a history of meningitis caused by cancer, is not allowed.
- You should not have an active, uncontrolled infection (bacterial, viral, fungal, or parasitic).
- You must not have any significant eye problems (corneal disease) or have had a corneal transplant.
- You must not have serious heart disease, an abnormal heart rhythm, or a prolonged QT interval (a heart rhythm measure).
- You must not have a history of lung inflammation (pneumonitis) or interstitial lung disease.
- You cannot be pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to breastfeed during the study or within 30 days of the last dose.
