Tacrolimus plus ripertamab for first-time MCD treatment

Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You must have minimal change disease, confirmed by kidney biopsy, and this is your first treatment.
  • You must have very high protein in your urine (over 3.5 grams per day) and low albumin in your blood (below 30).
  • You must not have been treated with steroids or other immune-suppressing drugs before.
  • You must not have any serious health issues like heart disease, mental illness, or active infections.
