Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with Minimal Change Disease or Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis through a kidney biopsy within the last 7 years (for MCD) or 10 years (for FSGS).
  • Your kidney disease has been active or come back recently, and you achieved complete remission with steroids within the last 8 weeks.
  • You have not had any treatments that target B-cells (like rituximab) in the last 6 months.
  • You have not taken other immune-suppressing drugs (like cyclophosphamide) in the last 60 days.
  • You do not have active infections like hepatitis B, hepatitis C, syphilis, or HIV.
  • You do not have a known allergy to monoclonal antibodies or a strong history of allergies.
